Night of Sudan

Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2009

Synopsis: The PN chapter at Brandeis University and STAND co-hosted a cultural evening to raise money for My Sister’s Keeper, a humanitarian activist group promoting health and education in Sudan. The group’s current project involves the construction of a girl’s school in the Southern Sudanese village of Akon. The evening included performances by the Brandeis Gospel Choir, the African Dance Club and the Berklee Music Group.
